FAQ

Q. I purchased but it isn't reflected / I changed devices

A. In game, open the top-right menu (☰) → "SHOP" and tap "RESTORE PURCHASES". "REMOVE ADS" is restored under the same Apple ID. Your hint balance carries over via iCloud (same Apple ID) rather than through purchase restoration.

Q. I want to reset my progress

A. Use "RESET PROGRESS" in the title screen's top-right menu (☰); it has several deliberate confirmations. Because progress is also stored in iCloud, simply deleting the App may not reset it.

Q. Does my hint balance carry over?

A. Yes. If you are signed in to iCloud, your progress and hint balance carry over to devices and reinstalls under the same Apple ID.

Q. I removed ads but "WATCH AD" is still there

A. That is by design. "REMOVE ADS" removes the ads shown automatically between levels. "WATCH AD" is an ad you choose to watch in exchange for a hint, and remains available after purchase.

Q. The app is slow or crashes

A. Please try restarting your device and updating to the latest iOS and app version. If the problem persists, contact us at the address above.

Q. Is there a time limit?

A. No. There are no scores or time limits — solve at your own pace.
