TKZO ("we") sets out below how we handle user information in the iOS app "Realign" (the "App").
The App collects and uses the following information to operate and improve the service. We do not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name, address, phone number, or email address (except when you contact us).
(1) Usage and analytics data (via GameAnalytics)
Purpose: detecting issues, improving difficulty and UI, and analyzing usage trends. This data is processed on GameAnalytics' servers.
(2) Advertising data (via Google AdMob)
Purpose: serving and measuring ads and preventing fraud. If you allow tracking, this data is also used to provide personalized ads. It is processed by Google LLC (AdMob); see Google's advertising policies for details.
On first launch, iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) asks for your permission to track. If you decline, the App remains fully functional and shows non-personalized ads. You can change this any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. You can also remove ads entirely with a one-time in-app purchase.
(3) Purchase data (via RevenueCat)
Purpose: providing in-app purchases, restoring purchases, and managing entitlement status. Actual payment is processed by Apple (App Store / StoreKit); we do not receive payment details such as credit card numbers. This data is processed on the servers of RevenueCat, Inc.
We entrust information only to the processors described above (GameAnalytics, Google (AdMob), RevenueCat, Apple), and only to the extent necessary to operate the App. Except as required by law, we do not provide personal information to any other third party.
Your progress and hint balance are stored in your own iCloud key-value storage so they carry over across reinstalls and device changes. This data lives only in your Apple account's storage and is never sent to our servers.
Collected information is retained for the period necessary to achieve the purposes above and in accordance with each processor's policies, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
You may request disclosure, correction, or deletion of information about you. Please contact us at the address below. Deleting (uninstalling) the App stops further collection of usage data.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information targeting any specific age group.
We may revise this policy in response to changes in law or our services. We will announce material changes on this page.
